The other day, I was looking for a kind of software to turn my laptop on in ungodly hours because I wanted to download some files and to use my free internet. I found the Auto Power-on and Shut-down. I installed the software that looks great for my purpose. Just keep in mind to use the Auto power on ability of your laptop you need to hibernate your operation system and avoid shut it down.
